Klerve is a vehicle detailing platform that connects customers with approved detailing professionals. Services are provided by approved detailers operating through the Klerve platform. Services may include:

• Interior detailing
• Exterior detailing
• Full detailing
• Vehicle washing
• Pet hair removal
• Stain removal
• Odor removal
• Specialty vehicle detailing
• Additional detailing-related services

Eligibility

To use Klerve, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Klerve reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and up to date. Customers may be required to provide:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Service address
• Vehicle information

Booking Services

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. Bookings may be:

• Accepted
• Rescheduled
• Modified
• Declined

based on:

• Availability
• Service location
• Vehicle condition
• Weather
• Payment status
• Other operational considerations

Pricing

Special Vehicle requests may require custom quotes. All pricing is subject to review before service completion. Prices displayed on the platform may vary based on:

• Vehicle type
• Service selection
• Add-ons
• Detailer selection
• Service location
• Special vehicle requirements

Payments

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their bookings. Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. Klerve may:

• Authorize payments
• Capture payments
• Issue refunds
• Process adjustments
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for securing personal belongings. Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle
• Ensure the service location is accessible
• Remove valuable personal items from the vehicle
• Maintain a safe environment for detailers

Detailer Assignment

Klerve does not guarantee a specific detailer unless explicitly confirmed. Klerve may assign, reassign, or replace detailers when necessary. The assigned detailer may change due to:

• Scheduling conflicts
• Availability
• Service area limitations
• Operational requirements

Independent Contractors

Detailers operating through Klerve may be independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between Klerve and independent contractors. Independent contractors are responsible for:

• Their own business operations
• Licensing requirements
• Tax obligations
• Insurance obligations where applicable

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are governed by:

Reviews and User Content

Customers may submit:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Comments
• Photos
• Feedback

By submitting content, customers grant Klerve permission to:

• Display reviews
• Publish ratings
• Feature approved testimonials
• Use submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes
• Klerve reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent bookings
• Use false identities
• Abuse detailers
• Harass platform users
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt platform operations
• Violate applicable laws
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Limitation of Liability

Klerve's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klerve shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Loss of data
• Delays caused by weather
• Delays caused by third parties
• Circumstances outside Klerve's reasonable control

Service Availability

Klerve does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Klerve reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. Services may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party outages
• Force majeure events

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• Branding
• Logos
• Text
• Graphics
• Designs
• Software

remains the property of Klerve or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Klerve Privacy Policy. By using Klerve, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Klerve may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
